Yes! You can list your property for sale or rent directly through the app. Simply create an account, verify your identity, and follow the listing process. You can upload photos, add detailed descriptions, and set your preferred price.
Yes, 9jaListings covers all 36 states and the FCT. Our property database is most comprehensive in major cities like Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, and Kano, but we're continuously expanding our coverage across the country.
Once you find a property you're interested in, you can contact the owner or agent directly through our in-app messaging system. Premium users can also access phone numbers and email addresses if provided by the listing creator.
We have a verification process for property listings to ensure authenticity. Verified listings are marked with a special badge. We encourage users to report any suspicious listings, and our team regularly reviews the platform for quality control.
New properties are added daily. You can set up alerts for specific search criteria to be notified when new properties matching your preferences become available.
Go to App Settings on your device, make sure 9jaListings has access to your location, and restart the app.
Go to Profile >> My Listings >> Select the listing you’d like to edit, then click the edit listing to make some changes or the trash icon < trash icon > to delete the listing.
To update your profile, go to Profile >> Profile Settings >> Update my profile.
You can change your password by using your old password or by resetting it. Go to Profile >> Profile Settings >> Update My Password
If you choose to reset your password, you will receive an email containing a link to reset it.
Sign in using your email address, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
